Agentic AI-native monitoring for NHS Trust integration engines.

IMX Monitor combines continuous telemetry collection with use case-driven AI agents to support integration teams operating InterSystems IRIS, Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, and the EPR-adjacent interfaces they depend on. Findings are evidence-backed, confidence-scored, and reviewable by the on-call rota.

IMX Monitor has its own dedicated marketing landing page hosted on its product subdomain. Open the live evaluation environment to see the full product story, the 30+ pre-defined AI use cases, and the synthetic demo dataset.

Why IMX Monitor

NHS integration estates run mission-critical clinical workloads on InterSystems IRIS Health Connect, Orion Health Rhapsody, and NextGen Mirth Connect. When something breaks at 3am, the on-call engineer needs evidence-backed hypotheses, not raw logs. IMX Monitor brings AI-assisted alert triage and root-cause analysis to that workflow, with privacy-aware design and full audit trails.

Evidence-backed agent triage

Multi-turn agents query telemetry, retrieve historical context, and produce a written hypothesis with the data points that informed it. Findings are recorded for review, not auto-actioned.

Privacy-aware by design

Pre-tool-use hooks remove patient identifiers before any data is presented to the model. Agents reason over counts, error codes, component names, and metadata only.

Engine and EPR coverage

Connectors for InterSystems IRIS, Rhapsody, and Mirth Connect. Configurable polling means EPR-adjacent REST endpoints can be brought under the same workflow.

Defined AI use cases

Each use case has a documented prompt template, a defined data context, and a fixed set of telemetry tools available to the agent. Use cases can be enabled, disabled, and re-scheduled per organisation.

Recurring incident detection

Pattern detection across alert history. Surface incidents that look like prior known issues with confidence scores.

Resource saturation early warning

Project queue depths, throughput, and component status forward in time. Alert before a saturation incident, not after.

Throughput degradation

Detect throughput slowdowns against historical baselines. Surface the most likely contributing components.

Certificate risk

TLS certificate expiry tracking with usage intensity scoring. Risk-ranked view of which certs to renew first.

SLA breach forecasting

Forecast SLA breaches before they happen. Cron-driven, with event-driven escalation on P1 alerts.

Plus 25+ more

Configuration drift, deployment impact, cross-component correlation, privileged user audit, EPR critical path monitoring, and many more — all visible in the live evaluation portal.

Open the live evaluation environment

IMX Monitor has its own polished marketing landing page hosted at imm.openli.ai. The live evaluation environment is pre-loaded with a synthetic dataset of 16 demo servers, 120 alerts, and 50 example AI findings. It is intended for review of the workflow, not for any clinical or production use.
